BWB Pay প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
প্রতিটি মার্চেন্টকে সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র, ট্রেড লাইসেন্স, ব্যবসার প্রমাণপত্র ইত্যাদি KYC ডকুমেন্ট জমা দিতে হতে পারে।
ভুল বা ভুয়া তথ্য প্রদান করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হবে।
BWB Pay প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অতিরিক্ত যাচাই (Verification) করতে পারবে।
নিম্নলিখিত কার্যক্রমের জন্য BWB Pay ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ:
অনলাইন জুয়া, বেটিং বা গ্যাম্বলিং সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো প্ল্যাটফর্ম
অবৈধ পণ্য বা সেবা বিক্রি
প্রতারণামূলক কার্যক্রম
মানি লন্ডারিং
পাইরেটেড বা কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘনকারী কনটেন্ট বিক্রি
আইনবিরোধী কোনো কার্যক্রম
যদি কোনো মার্চেন্ট গ্যাম্বলিং কার্যক্রমের সাথে জড়িত থাকে:
কোনো পূর্ব সতর্কতা ছাড়াই অ্যাকাউন্ট তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে সাসপেন্ড করা হবে
পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে অ্যাক্সেস স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করা হবে
স্থগিত অর্থ ঝুঁকি মূল্যায়ন সম্পন্ন না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আটকে রাখা হতে পারে
BWB Pay এই বিষয়ে জিরো-টলারেন্স নীতি অনুসরণ করে।
সকল লেনদেন BWB Pay–এর নির্ধারিত প্রসেস অনুযায়ী সম্পন্ন হবে।
সন্দেহজনক লেনদেন হলে তা সাময়িকভাবে হোল্ড করা হতে পারে।
নির্ধারিত সময় অনুযায়ী সেটেলমেন্ট প্রদান করা হবে।
চার্জব্যাক, রিফান্ড বা ডিসপিউটের ক্ষেত্রে অর্থ সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত রাখা হতে পারে।
রিফান্ডের দায়িত্ব সংশ্লিষ্ট মার্চেন্টের।
কাস্টমার অভিযোগ বা প্রতারণার প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেলে BWB Pay লেনদেন স্থগিত বা রিভার্স করার অধিকার রাখে।
অতিরিক্ত চার্জ বা ভুল লেনদেন হলে তদন্ত সাপেক্ষে ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
BWB Pay উন্নত পর্যবেক্ষণ ব্যবস্থা ব্যবহার করে লেনদেন মনিটর করে।
প্রতারণামূলক কার্যক্রম প্রমাণিত হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করা হবে।
আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থার অনুরোধে তথ্য প্রদান করা হতে পারে।
BWB Pay নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারে:
শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন
ভুয়া তথ্য প্রদান
সন্দেহজনক লেনদেন
অবৈধ কার্যক্রম
কিছু ক্ষেত্রে পূর্ব নোটিশ প্রদান না করেই ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
BWB Pay তৃতীয় পক্ষের সিস্টেম, ব্যাংকিং সমস্যা বা টেকনিক্যাল ত্রুটির জন্য দায়ী নয়।
মার্চেন্টের ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতির জন্য BWB Pay সরাসরি দায় বহন করবে না।
মার্চেন্ট ও গ্রাহকের তথ্য গোপন রাখা হবে এবং শুধুমাত্র আইনগত প্রয়োজন হলে শেয়ার করা হতে পারে।
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে। যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের আওতায় নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
BWB Pay is an online payment gateway service provider. By registering and using our services, the Merchant agrees to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein.
BWB Pay reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Merchants must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
BWB Pay may require identity verification documents including National ID, Trade License, business registration documents, or other relevant paperwork for KYC purposes.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.
BWB Pay reserves the right to conduct additional verification at any time.
The use of BWB Pay services for the following activities is strictly prohibited:
Gambling, betting, or wagering platforms
Online casinos or lottery systems
Illegal goods or services
Fraudulent activities
Money laundering
Copyright-infringing or pirated content
Any activity that violates applicable laws
BWB Pay strictly prohibits the use of its payment gateway for any gambling-related activities.
If a Merchant is found to be directly or indirectly involved in gambling:
The account will be suspended immediately
Access to the payment gateway will be permanently terminated
No prior warning will be issued
Funds may be temporarily held pending risk and compliance review
BWB Pay maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding gambling-related activities.
All transactions will be processed according to BWB Pay’s internal procedures.
Suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold for review.
Settlements will be made according to the agreed schedule.
In cases of chargebacks, disputes, or refund claims, funds may be temporarily withheld.
Merchants are responsible for handling customer refunds.
BWB Pay reserves the right to reverse or hold transactions in case of fraud or legitimate customer disputes.
Any excess charges or incorrect transactions will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.
BWB Pay monitors transactions to prevent fraud and suspicious activity.
Proven fraudulent behavior will result in permanent account termination.
Information may be shared with law enforcement authorities if required by law.
BWB Pay may suspend or terminate a Merchant account under the following circumstances:
Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Submission of false information
Suspicious or unlawful transaction activity
Engagement in prohibited business activities
In certain cases, action may be taken without prior notice.
BWB Pay is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party services, banking systems, or technical issues.
BWB Pay shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential business losses.
Merchant and customer information will be handled confidentially and may only be disclosed if required by law or regulatory authorities.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
